Accessing Student Rating Reports

The online student rating reports are available through RouteY. You may access the reports by following the steps below:

1. Log into RouteY and click on "Student Ratings Report" under the “School” heading.  If the icon is not available, go to the following address instead and login using your RouteY login information: https://testing.byu.edu/studentratings/

2. In the header at the top of the page, click on "Semester Results." (This is in the box entitled “Student Ratings of the Learning Experience.)

3. In the frame on the left-hand side of the page, click the “+” to the left of the course you wish to review.  When the list of sections appears underneath the course, click on one of the section numbers to view results for that section.

4. Go to the drop-down menu near the top-center of the page entitled “Question.” Scroll to the item for which you would like to see results and click on that item.

5. To view a summary report of all items, click on the “print” button in the top, right-hand corner of the page.

6. If you need help navigating through the reports, click on the "?" in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
